Lick Creek Acres - Horsing Around...
- Cadillac is wonderful, I bought him from my cousin who used him for
roping and riding. He is very fast, and loves to run. Take a look at his
picture. Isn't he handsome!!!
- Stewart is my new project horse. I traded him for three pygmy goats out
of Arkansas. He is sweet, patience, and aims to please. I have had him
under the saddle for about in a round pen and he is going wonderful. He
has perfect ground manners, and loves attention. Look at him! He is
definitely a looker : ).
- Penny was my first horse. I bought her when she was just 4 months
old. Boy, did she teach me a lot about horses. I had to teach her
everything, from putting on halter, to saddling her up. I have yet to ride
her because she is only 18 months old, but man is she going to be fun.
I have taught her everything she knows, and that has been lots of fun so
far!
- Bailey is my husband's new horse. He is a beautiful paint. He has a
wonderful personality. He was born in 09/07 so he is still very young. He
won't be ridden for sometime, but that will just make him sweeter.
- Ransom is a sweet Gruella AQHA. He is easy to catch and aims to
please. He is currently for sale as we currently have too many larger
horses and can't ride them all. He is green broke and with a little more
training he should be a great horse.
LCA Horses
Among my goats, are my horses. Currently I have an 8 year old Reg. Palomino
Quarter Horse, his name is Cadillac. I also have a 2 year Reg. Bay Spanish
Mustang, his name is Stewart. There is Penny, my 18 month old Sorrel Mare. I
have Polly the pony, not real sure how old she is but, wow does she throw
beautiful babies. Last but not least there is Sierra, Polly's baby. She is 7 months
old now and she is already leading, trimming, bathing, and taking a bit.
